During the treatment, the tissue is loosened and kneaded using pressure, traction, stretching, and firm strokes. The sequence of massage techniques follows the course of muscle fibers and energy pathways. It is particularly suitable for severe tension, joint pain, or for physically active individuals. Depending on the (desired) pressure intensity, this massage can also be painful.

The Mai Kod Ku Sarika Stick Treatment is an ancient, therapeutic trigger point massage method from Thailand, taught by only a very few instructors and enjoying great prestige. The additional use of the Sarika wooden stick allows for the targeted treatment and release of pain-radiating myofascial trigger points. This is a particularly suitable massage to break the pain cycle, especially if you have been suffering from the same or recurring pain for an extended period. Trigger points are localized areas of muscle hardening in the human skeletal muscles. These areas are often very sensitive to pressure and tend to transmit and spread pain. Up to 90% of all pain syndromes can be traced back to these muscle hardenings. For example, a hardened trigger point in the shoulder, at the back of the head, or in the temples can trigger pain, which can lead to headaches and migraines. Through targeted pressure massage on the feet, physical and emotional discomfort in the rest of the body can be alleviated (Foot reflexology should not be performed during pregnancy).

Thai oil massage is a dynamic combination of deep tissue and Thai massage, offering the best of both Eastern and Western techniques. It is especially recommended for people with very active lifestyles who seek both physical and mental relaxation, or for those who find traditional Thai massage too intense. For those with persistent chronic muscle tension and stiffness, a therapeutic massage (such as wellness, hot stone, or aromatherapy massage) is a better starting point.

Cupping is a modern form of therapy that uses negative pressure to massage and loosen the fascia. It is primarily used to release deep tension and relieve pain, and is suitable for everyone. Depending on the intensity of the cupping, the cups used are made of either silicone or glass. This is always tailored to the individual client. With glass cups, heat or integrated pumps are used to create a vacuum. Depending on the degree of tension, this can leave light to deep, painless impressions on the skin, which disappear on their own after a few days.
